Hi I'm Kirsty. I'm a qualified Nanny. I hold a level 5 cert in Nanny education, and have been working professionally as a full time Nanny for the last 6 years. I have experience with kids aged newborn to teens, and have experience with Twins/Triplets, Nanny share and have anywhere from 1-5 kids to Nanny sole charge. I like to set up age appropriate activities or take them to age appropriate outings. As well as focus on their interests and base activities and learning opportunities around that. I have a current first aid and full drivers license. I take pride in my job and aim to give each child a safe and holistic environment to grow and learn in. My Philosophy ; I believe that each child should be recognized and respected as an individual regardless of culture, ethnicity, age, religion or ability and children should be able to develop and explore in a safe environment that helps encourage their holistic development. Also children should be allowed to be children and that we as adults are there to provide a safe and nurturing environment where the child can have maximum opportunities to develop holistically. I also believe that it is important to model the behaviour that I want to teach.
I am looking for experience with children. I have chosen to do partime Nursing to work towards a career in working with child Health and Wellbeing. I am a mummy to two beautiful girls the oldest who I adopted from my eldest sister and my two year old baby girl. I can cook a variety of meals which many I learnt living overseas in India. I can do basic household chores and am available to run errands and do grocery shopping for the family. I love children and have little nannying experience with children outside of my big family but have babysat many times within my family. I have cared for a few children outside of my family and friend circle and I loved it. I am a happy and reliable person and will do my absolute to be the best nanny and sitter.

I am an actor and a singer waiting to start up with the pop up globe again in a month. I love looking after children and believe I have always had a lot of understanding of the way young brains work and have been a good influence on the children growing up in my community in Whangarei. I have a little sister of 3 years old and have been looking after her since she was born when my mum needed to go out. I am very artistic and musical, very fun and energetic but also a grounded presence. I passed NCEA L3 with excellence and am very good at helping with homework. I would love to teach someone how to play basic guitar or piano or just draw and make art with some children. I believe children are wonderful creative minds and I am a very good listener but can also be clear and authoritative, if that is what you need. Hello! I’m looking for a family to nanny for 3-5 full mornings (half days) a week and/or two full days (Wednesday and Friday). I'm also looking for families to babysit for casually. For nearly 2 years I've been nannying for a family in Karaka Lakes Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3-6 and am looking for work outside of these hours.
