"Not being from Auckland or knowing anyone in the city made it extremely difficult to find work. "I came across the Carefinder website through word of mouth and upon checking it out, found the website easy to navigate and enable me to create a profile for nannying. I had several potential families message me, it was easy to communicate with prospective families through the safety of the website.

Having had to provide a profile for prospective families to initiate contact, I feel families should respectfully provide a profile for prospective employees and believe this is the best way for both parties to connect with the 'right' person.
