Summary of Experience

As I am studying to be a Primary School Teacher, within my degree there is six months of early childhood based education I have completed. So not only do I have childcare expereince but I also know a few ins and outs of both under 5's and primary aged children. Previous to beginning university I was nannying for three separate families however due to my timetable am now looking for part time/casual hours as unfortunately full time nannying doesn't quite fit in! Family 1 - Two 8 month old twins. I started caring for them when they were five months old. Both sole charge and shared care with mum and dad. Basically I was an extra set of hands as twins can be pretty busy! Role included bedtimes, bathtimes, meltimes, playtime and basic infant care. I also was homehelp so cooked a lot of meals, did washing, ironing etc. I travelled alot with this family helping out at playgroups, holidays etc. Family 2 - Three girls aged 18 months, 3 and 6.
