from Dunedin
What I enjoy most about working with children is watching them discover who they are, one stage at a time. From the wobbly first steps, to a toddler's fierce independence, to a teenager sorting out who they want to become. Every age brings its own kind of wonder and I've loved being present for all of it. My background in Human Development and Family Dynamics helps me meet each child where they are, understanding not just what they're capable of, but what they need to feel secure, encouraged and understood at that particular stage. Career aside, I have two wonderful shepherd mixes that are an important part of me and my husband’s family. When I’m not spending time training and exploring the outdoors with my little pack, I enjoy experimenting with nutrient dense recipes, fitness, gardening and finding ways to support local conservation or volunteer opportunities that support animals and wildlife. I love board games, artistic endeavors and comedy. I am easy going, hard working and am quite grateful I have found a meaningful life that I love. Supporting families to help make time for the little things that light them up, bring it all full circle for me.
