I am an actor and a singer waiting to start up with the pop up globe again in a month. I love looking after children and believe I have always had a lot of understanding of the way young brains work and have been a good influence on the children growing up in my community in Whangarei. I have a little sister of 3 years old and have been looking after her since she was born when my mum needed to go out. I am very artistic and musical, very fun and energetic but also a grounded presence. I passed NCEA L3 with excellence and am very good at helping with homework. I would love to teach someone how to play basic guitar or piano or just draw and make art with some children. I believe children are wonderful creative minds and I am a very good listener but can also be clear and authoritative, if that is what you need. Part of my reason for travelling to NZ is to spend time with my family. I have a degree in Social Work and was employed as a Social Worker in England for 4 1/2 years working with children and families in a support capacity and within the remit of adoption and fostering.
