I am a mother of two and university student with time off over the summer and am available to care for your children. I enjoy baking and doing craft projects with kids, going on outings, walking to the park, reading and playing board games. Happy to do perform household chores, meal prep and put kids to bed. I can provide care in your home, or mine, with or without my own kids and am comfortable with pets also. I have been trained in CPR and am very familiar with caring for children with food allergies.

I have just finished NCEA level 1 at Western Springs College. My main focus next year is to hold a steady job and confidently complete level 2. I am looking for a full time job over the summer holidays until the start of February when I would prefer to move to part-time. I have experience looking after a family friends baby from about 3 months until he was around two years and also looking after my step sisters child occasionally - she is 2 in March. I am confident to clean up messes including poopy diapers and give a bath if needed. I will ensure to keep your kid/s entertained, happy and healthy. I can also do meal prep and clean up around the house if needed. I am also very confident around pets and can take dogs for a walk with the kids if needed. I will promise to keep your children and pets as safe as possible and treat them as my own. Please contact me if you require any further information. Thank you.

I am passionate about home based care being parents first choice in childcare because of the low ratios 1:4 the flexibility with routine of the child. The ability to extend on each child's interest I provide a warm, safe, nurturing environment that runs supported program based on the Te Whariki Early Childhood Curriculum. Each child has their learning journal and is visited once a month by a registered teacher. The children have regular outings to play group, nature playgroup, Selwyn Village baby buddies and story time at the library. Weather dependent and who is enrolled on those days, which supports the Children's sense of belonging to the wider community. Feel free to look at my website or ring for a play date/interview http://kimshomebasedchildcare.yolasite.com/ or on Facebook Kim's Childcare.
