Each fortnight your nanny will submit their timesheets to you for approval. Once you've approved them, Pay The Nanny prepare the payroll, and necessary tax deductions, then process these for payment. They take care of all the IRD filings and ACC as well, so you can rest assured that you're completely compliant.

This means that we will collect the correct amounts of Kiwisaver, Student Loan payments and taxes from your employer and pay these directly to the IRD on your behalf

Getting paid is simple; Submit your timesheets on a fortnightly basis, advise us and your employer of any payroll changes before the cut-off deadlines, your employer pays Pay The Nanny and then they pay you.
